Need a Knowable CPA that knows Real Estate
I'm looking for a CPA that focuses on Real Estate. I would love to get a great referral since I'm selling my property and need to know if a 1031 Exchange is better than getting taxed all at once. It doesn't matter to me where the CPA is located. I just want a great CPA that knows her or his stuff and can explain to me the pros and cons of a situation. Thanks!

I don't know them, but I've heard Brandon Hall and Amanda Han on the BP Podcast. I have Brandon on my list to consider, as he runs a entirely virtual CPA company focused 100% on real estate. According to Amanda's site, she also works virtually.
