1031 Intermediary in Houston

I wanted to compare pricing at several different 1031 exchange intermediary's. Does anyone have a recommendation for companies in the Houston or North Houston markets?

I wouldn't go off of who is the cheapest. I would look at experience level and if they have adequate insurance coverage to protect holding your 1031 funds as an intermediary.

Costs are pretty similar for a basic exchange on rates with minor fluctuations. When you get into more exotic types of exchanges the costs can rise significantly.
