I am planning to sell my investment property in Dallas, Texas this summer and re-invest the proceeds to investment properties in Houston for 1031 exchange. Can any one recommend an QI in TEXAS? I really love to work with a local Qualified Intermediary either in Dallas or Houston however i am open to firms in other states as well if I can't find a local QI. Any recommendation will be appreciated.
