Washington state 1031 exchange qualified intermediary

I'm selling a house on a lease option and the tenant-owners hope to get conventional financing by the end of this year.  When they move forward with the purchase I'd like to do a 1031 exchange into a new property that I've already identified.  I'm looking for recommendations for a good qualified intermediary in the western Washington area.  (The property is in Olympia, where I live.)

Thanks!

I would trust either of the mentioned people. Both know everything there is to know about 1031s.
