1031 QI for Closing ASAP
My father is in the process of selling a property in North Jersey and the closing is hopefully going to be in the next 24-48 hours. Is there any 1031 QI Agency who would be able to work in that timeline? Extremely last minute but don't want to miss out on the benefits of the exchange.
