@Eric Tan, Hopefully you'll get a nice cross section of recommendations from folks here.  The location of your property really doesn't matter nearly as much as the demonstrated experience of the QI and your personal "fit" with them and access to senior consultants.  Since 1031 is a federal statute it's practiced the same nationwide.   So the companies with the greatest experience tend to be those who operate on a national scale.  So location becomes irrelevant.
