Small Portfolio Sales
I’m seeking the thoughts of people here on how to best sell a small portfolio in Smyrna, Ga, a suburb of Atlanta.
I have three properties on the same street, all with stable tenants, and with a combined value of about $800k.
They generate $4500 per month in rent.
At my stage of life it would make sense to sell them, but I’m not sure how to do that without causing tenant turmoil, and so on.
Thoughts?
