Hello guys I’m going to keep this really short! I’ve been doing some research on the 1031 exchange and I’ve learned just how beneficial it can be for investors and growing wealth. With that said should I be worried with president Biden’s current tax plan to cancel the 1031 exchange? Does anyone have any news on this, thank you!
