Aloooha!

I'm trying to gain Independent Brokerage Owner insights and thoughts to assist me in my marketing business.
There are only two (2) questions, and honestly, whatever comes off of the top of your head is usually the best answer.

1.) If you could have one issue in your Real Estate Brokerage business go away "magically" tomorrow, what would it be?
For example, "To have all of my Social Media posting be done for me." or, "To have X number of qualified leads incoming per day." or, "To have my website rank at Number 1 on Google without any work from me (ie. numerous blog posts, etc.)."

2.) What is your dream scenario as a Real Estate Brokerage Owner?
For example, "I get 50 new inbound leads a week and close 20% of them, resulting in 10 new Buyer/Seller clients."

Or, if it's something completely different for you, please feel free to share that as well.
