Starting out my real estate journey

I went to a meet up in Baton Rouge Tuesday. I learned a few new things and made new contacts. It was nice to sit back and absorb knowledge and observe how seasoned vets think. They think and grow rich! I have a goal to wholesale 5 properties this quarter. And reinvest the capital into more RE. I may be getting ahead of myself, I haven't even made one offer yet. You see, I just learned about REI less than two weeks ago and I know I have much to learn. Patience is a form of action too. Someone drop some Real Estate rockstar wisdom on me.

Welcome in @Frederick Lyons Jr if you are specifically interested in wholesaling then I'd get very clear on what your lead measures and actions you are going to do every day are, and honestly it all comes down to the consistent actions you take every day.  You know what it is you are supposed to be doing...like me I am on these forums avoiding getting on the phones...but I know I need to...its a never ending battle and process of finding out what makes you work.

Good Luck!

Thank you. I am finding out everyday what it takes and the work ethic you must have to be successful in REI. I have set some goals short and long term. And just yesterday learned about virtual and global real estate markets!
