My 1st MILLION $$ Month

Hey everybody.  I haven't been as actively posting as much lately because I have been really busy this year.  As some of the old timers on BiggerPockets may recall, I started doing lease options in 2017.  I started off doing 5-year lease options at that point and then the next year I did 4-year lease options, and the next year I did 3-year lease options.  What does all of this mean?  Well, it means that in 2022, we have about 30-40 properties coming up for sale this year.  

I am excited to share with the BiggerPockets community, which has been a fantastic community that has helped me along the way reach many of my real estate goals, that in the month of June, 2022, we accomplished yet another one of our goals.  In June of 2022, we had our first million dollar profit month by selling 7 of our properties.  

Here are the receipts (these wires were the proceeds from some properties that we sold and many of them were BRRRR properties that we had none of our money in, or that we were able to refinance already and get money out of the property before getting the windfall of money for the sale). One of these processed came from the exercise of the lease option. The others came from the regular sale of the properties.

I would just like to say thank you to the BP community for all of your support over the years through posting in the forums and answering my questions, through creating a place where we could post our monthly meetups, and for making it easy to network and build relationships that have lead to finding many private money lenders.

Real estate truly is a team sport and BiggerPockets is a great forum to help build that team.
