My Real Estate Goals for 2023!

My Word for this year is Intentional. I want to be very specific about my goals and how I'm going to get there. Moreover, I want to become the who needed to attain them. So who am I this year?

I am...

- The guy who networks with other investors, agents, and go-getters on a daily basis. I will post in the community weekly as well as in my mastermind group.

- The guy who prioritizes his financial future so he can provide, give and live to the fullest. I will do this by purchasing a house hack this summer and investing 50% of my income.

- The guy who works his hardest in his career and entrepreneurial endeavors, with consistency and determination to grow. This year I will graduate college and start my first full-time job in marketing, sales, or real estate.

- The guy who learns every single day through reading, podcasts, talking with successful people, and taking courses.

- The guy who takes calculated risks, tries new things and accepts failure as a friend. I want to start a business or at least a side hustle that I can scale this year. Every week I will commit time to work on that.

- The guy who provides value in every conversation and gives more than I receive. I will post real estate and personal finance video content every day on my social media platforms.

Always happy to connect with others and hear their goals! Happy 2023

Love it, intention was my goal for 2022, but I ended up getting distracted & pulled into so many different projects. My goal in 2023 is all centered around cutting out bloat. Last year, I was able to make money across a variety of things, but that also meant I didn't spend time on the things that would be highest revenue generating. This year, I'm cutting out everything that isn't going to be the best use of my time.

One thing to be careful on is maintaining balance! I'm not sure what you're like, but I always go head first into something & burn out soon after. Make sure to take time to rest as well :)
