Massachusetts LLC

Hello

I am trying to set up my LLC here in Massachusetts. I spoke with my tax preparer who stated he could set up my LLC for $200. I was going to buy Al Aiello's Mastermind where he would teach me how to set up my LLC for me with forms in the mail. He would make it so it would be harder for me or my company to be sued. Should I do this through Al or just have my CPA do it for me?

Annual filing fees for MA LLC's are $500. There's no way you can do it for less. Your CPA probably means they can handle the admin of doing it and then serve as registered agent, which is mandatory of the LLC.
