Joining an LLC with Lifelong friends

Nick Pamintuan
Posted

5 of my best friends have created an LLC to begin investing in Real Estate. I recently started my real estate journey beginning of this year. Specifically, I am focused on wholesaling as a way to build enough capital to start investing in SFR/multifamily with a buy and hold strategy. They recently told me they want me to be a partner. I'm considering joining this LLC but I'm trying to do my due diligence and understand pros and cons. What are questions I should be asking myself as well as questions I should be asking the partners of the LLC.
