New investor looking for LLC guidance

Conner Price
Posted

I am a new investor living in California, investing in Wisconsin. I'm under contract right now for my first property in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I am looking for some general guidance and information on setting up a LLC. Should I set one up in California, Wisconsin, or a more anonymous state like Wyoming or Nevada? Should I start a s-corp, holding company? Also any good references for lawyers to help me set one up
