Does anyone have a template for an operating agreement? It will be for 2 people in a LLC with one person funding the operation and the other person running it. Thanks in advance.

While I can't provide a boilerplate agreement, here is a good look at the major points to consider for a real estate LLC. As others have said your best bet is to consult with your attorney.
