WI LLC in a WY LLC?

I've learned through the Loopholes of Real Estate book that it's wise to double protect my WI rental properties by putting them in a WI LLC that is in a WY LLC.

Can someone please provide details of how this is done.  Perhaps it's a good article idea if it's not already on BP.

Thanks in advance!
