How to start a property management business?

I am new to the real estate business I am a NYS licensed RE salesperson and a NYS property and casualty insurance broker. I am looking for information how to start a property management company in in the NYC area (i am open hearing from everyone worldwide). I'm willing to learn on almost any schedule and develop deep business and personal relationships along with building long term wealth.
