Property Management Growth strategy

Hello all,

I have recently started a property management business after managing my own rentals for some years. We currently have 22 units to manage and we are hoping to grow that to 75-100 in the next year or two. I am wondering what has worked for any of you to grow you business? I have had some recent success from a good google adwords campaign, but I am wondering what else has worked?

Thanks in advance,

I'm at about the same stage in my business. I've currently got 27 doors under management. My number one source for new accounts has been realtor referrals by far!
