I am about to start my real estate investing career and I want to start things out on the right foot. I currently reside in utah but I have been looking in to LLC's, particularly those of Nevada. It looks as though Nevada offers the best benefits overall. Does anyone with more knowledge have some suggestions on the type of LLC I should open? I am a buy and hold investor, looking for long term wealth. thank you ahead of time.
