Studying g for real estate exam

I'm not to sure how it works in South Carolina but here in NJ we have to take a 75 hour pre-licensing course. I would assume it would be similar so definitely make sure you look into that. The course I took came with a textbook that had over 400 pages of information. Other than the State specific laws, most of the information in the text book was pretty general to real estate. Overall the text we used was pretty good and allowed me to pass the salesperson exam on the first try. My advice is get a State specific book and just start reading to make sure you know all the terminology like the back of your hand. Also, you can google "salesperson real estate exam practice" to get a bunch of free questions online. Hopefully you find this helpful. Good luck!
