Let's all talk about our goals for 2017. This isn't a thread for pipe dreams, but for what you are actually striving to achieve during the year. Compare to 2016 if possible.

Goal 1: Rentals

2016 - 0

2017 - Acquire 2 with the help of 2 brothers. They will live in properties and house hack with roommates during 2017 with the goal of moving in 2018.

Goal 2: Wholesale

2016 - 0

2017 - 5 sales from direct marketing. I have specific neighborhoods I am hitting heavily with marketing.

Goal 3: Notes/Judgements

2016 - 0

2017 - 2 notes or judgements purchased. If property is acquired and liquidated due to this process it will count towards the wholesale goal.

Goal 4: Sales as agent

2016 - $4,200,000 (part time)

2017 - $10,000,000 (full time)

What are your goals for next year? What are you actually doing to achieve them?

In commercial the deals can take longer to close such as 6 months at a time or longer. So some deals I am working on in 2016 are not closing until 2017 etc.
