What to do in this market ?

The Real Estate Market seems pretty slow for Montana right now..I mean I've had SOME luck here & there but not as much as i would like yet.Any ideas investors/wholesalers ?! :)

How have things been going up there?  It seems like you have hit the ground hard from your past posts. Were you able to get a deal done? What is your marketing like? Who have you been sending to? We might be able to help if you can give a few more details.

@Joshua D. hey ! Well the market has been very slow here lately . The one deal that I had did not fall through (owner backed out for "personal reasons"). I've been putting up a lot of bandit signs & cold calling more recently , but still nothing to work with. I just started to try and partner up with this great realtor , so I guess I'll see how his goes . Honestly , it seems as if home owners are kinda stuck in their ways/prices for their homes..no matter how long it's been on the market !

We move around. We were at Mighty Mo last time. I will remember to make an announcement on BP next time one is happening.

Hi Auset. You should attend one of our meetings. I forgot to broadcast it out on BP, we got together last week. Its gotten to the point that we informally plan through texts, there's about a dozen of us local investors.

It's tough out there, lots of there. I don't know anyone who doesn't have the same issue. Might take a recession to get the deal flow going again.
