Examples of partnerships, good and bad

Good afternoon. Have surfed through the forums looking for thoughts on business ventures, partnership structures, etc. There is a lot there on the subject but scattered around the site.

My question, or request rather, is for fellow BP members to post actual examples of partnerships and structures they have personally employed, i.e. JVs, multi-entity LLCs, Fix and flip partnerships, buy and hold partnerships, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Ben
