Seller Financing in Houston

I have just completed a rehab in Houston and have not had success in selling the property.  I have a realtor and the property is listed.  However, it is in an area where most of the buyers are seeking owner financed properties.  

Can anyone provide any recommendations on how I should proceed with seller financing?
