Developing a Vision and Mission Statement for my LLC

Good evening BP,

I am trying to develop vision and mission statements for my business to express to my teams and potential partners where I am taking my business, why we are go there, and how we are going to get there. I want something that justifies my goals, and ambitions, while capturing my energy and passion for investment RE. Being in the military, I thought coming up with vision and mission statements would be easy since every unit in the Air Force has one, and we have to memorize and internalize them every time we get to a new unit. However, I am realizing that I am not that creative, so I am turning to the BP community for assistance in breaking my writers block.

Any keywords or phrases or samples to get the juices flowing is very appreciated!

Here is some info on my business:

Name: VillaNautics, LLC

Slogan: "Navigating the world of real estate investing"

Core Values: Integrity, Quality, Precision (not married to the last one)

Goals: 1) $10K/mo in cashflow by 2023

           2) $10M in Commercial RE by 2032

Passions: Family, Aviation, Investment RE

I just realized its 1.30am...maybe I should call it a night!

Don't get bogged down by trying to get the perfect statements. for the mission, state why your business exists, what is your purpose. for the vision, state what your business will be as a successful company. I would first state both on separate sheets of paper and revisit /revise for a few days. the key is getting your initial thoughts out. you can alter it once you have something to work with. as inspiration search "mission & vision statements for real estate companies ". seeing what others have may put you at ease to create your own. just a thought.
