Forming New Brokerage in NYC

I just parted ways with my old brokerage and am considering forming a new one in NYC. Should I go with a LLC or S-Corp, or other entity I'm missing?

I am currently a licensed broker.

@Scott Wolf I am doing something similar here in PA. Speak with your CPA. Get a good one. Dont rely on folks to answer such an important question. Also once your CPA gives you the pros and cons of each and how they are taxed then seek out a good real estate attorney.
