How do you sign documents for your entity?

When signing documents for your LLC, I was wondering what other people here use?

Is this acceptable:
John Doe, on behalf of XYZ LLC

All my investing activity is done through my business, so my contracts are always in the name of my company and I always sign as a representative of my company.

Just your name in the signature block.

I think the only time you need to write it all out is if you're an attorney-in-fact for someone/something else.

Name, Title, Entity name.  Title could be "Manger", "Owner" or whatever you want it to be.

Though your title (thus indicating your authority to sign) should be included somewhere.  If the title is not typed in below the signature, I'll generally add it by hand after the signature, but if it's typed/written in, there's no reason to repeat it...

J Scott: Referring to the quote, on the "BY:" line, does one actually have to sign the words "Paul Broni, its Imperal Grand Poobah", or are the words "Paul Broni" adequate?
