One of my tenants recently passed away and now the kids that were living there which are of adult age won't move out. The lady that passed away was the only person on the lease so I was wondering if I can call the cops for these kids for trespassing? This is a class C property so not dealing with the best of people.

Since they have established residency I believe you have to file for eviction. but I havent had this happen to me yet so not positive.
