Tennessee LLC pros and cons

Does anyone have experience setting up a Tennessee LLC and know the pros and cons of protection offered under the Tennessee statute? I'm looking at some property in Memphis that I would like to hold inside of a LLC, but do not live in the state. Also, any referral for a local attorney would be appreciated.
