Recomendations for software

We are new to this site and wondering if anyone would be wiling to share what they use for a relational database or contact database. Ours is a small group of investors doing fix and flips to build toward a passive income program. Our previous businesses did not require relational databases so we are not up to date on the best in the field. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on the size of your list. Excel works fine for a small list. You could setup a Google Apps account for free for 10 users and setup the CRM component to manage your list. Or you could have someone do the programming for you.
