Building A Real Estate Wholesale Team
Hello, I am considering building a team with the right system in place. Right now I'm working from home and there is so many distractions making it hard for me to make my phone calls. I'm looking into renting an office out and making a legit team of 4. But with that being placed, how do you go about doing splits on commissions? We are all willing to pay equally for all the lead sources coming through. Do you have any suggestions on how to start a strong solid team to keep everyone motivated and accountable? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
