20 - 40 ft Connex containers as storage units.

I believe there is room for a big storage unit buisness in my town. Was thinking of buying 5 to 10 connex containers that were either 20 or 40 ft long and water tight. Costing 2500 dollars delivered and setup a piece. Would have to buy a small lot . And build a fence around the buildings , wouldnt need a cement slab because they are built to be on the ground. What do u think i could charge , and what other costs am i missing. And what other insights and knowledge do you all have. This would be my first hwadfirat dive into anything entrepreneurial.

Those are very large containers. Most popular units are 10x10 and down so I think you will have a hard time renting them if you are competing with other storage in the area.

You should just build storage if that’s what you want to get into.
