Multi-Property Ownership with a Business Partner
Hi Everyone! My business partner and I are looking for some advice on structure. We already have an LLC to run the business of one rental property, as well as an umbrella policy to cover us even more. We are wondering what is the next step as we begin to do more investing. We plan to do a few BRRRR's, as well fix and flip. Do we create a trust? Do we buy the next few properties under an LLC for each property? Any advice is appreciated!
