Remote access for small business

I have a small Income Tax and Bookkeeping business. I'm having to look at getting remote access for at least one of my employees. What is a good and trusted company you have used that you recommend? We only have a little over 1,000 tax clients and about 50 bookkeeping clients, so price is also a big consideration. Thanks.
