Starting a corporation for rental properties
Hi my name is Billy Friesen I’m from Leamington Ontario. I’m a a 20 year old subcontractor and looking to start in real estate investing. My parents have owned rental for the past 25 years and have accumulated a small handful. My question is would it be worth it for my parents to incorporate their rentals and I invest with them or should I go off on my own?
