Anyone know a good Michigan business advisor?

Just inherited a commercial building and started an LLC a few months back. I am looking to rent out my property but am new to this business so Im looking for a seasoned professional to guide me in the right direction anyone body know any good companies or professionals in Michigan?

Might be difficult to get a bank loan if you have no tenants paying rent.

You might need to look for a hard money lender.

I would advertise it as a build to suit with a commercial broker and see what they suggest.  Ideally you could get a high quality tenant but no idea on the specs and quality of your building. If it sits then you can try craigslist and FB marketplace.

It’s a commercial warehouse building in downtown Detroit I’ve had the power updated and added a bathroom and all other utilities but still have other repairs I need to make so I would like to take out some of the equity to do so and make the building more attractive to potential tenants who are look to run their company there. Just not sure where to start or if that’s even the best move right now. Is that enough info so far?
