Creating Anonymous Umbrella LLCs Across States

Hello,

Interested in hearing how others who have multiple real estate investments have structured their LLCs.

I would like to create a publicly anonymous LLC in Wyoming which serves as a holding company for other real estate LLCs – the first being in Georgia. All LLCs would be single member LLCs owned by the same person. I am aware neither of these entities are truly anonymous to the IRS, banks, etc. – just each state's LLC search (I intend to use Northwest as a registered agent).

My question is when setting up the LLC in Georgia, would the "Wyoming Holding Company" be the Principal office address, Organizers Name/Address and Authorizer Signature/Title in the Articles of Organization or would I set up the GA LLC as normal and place the ownership in the Operating Agreement only?

Also, because the GA LLC is owned but not managed by the holding company, the structure should be Manager Managed – correct?

Thanks
