Legal concern/entity set up

I know it is always appropriate to get legal council from a lawyer, but it is always nice to get multiple perspectives (particularly so as there are multiple attorneys with Bigger Pockets).

I’m incorporating a brokerage catered to real estate investors (multi-family – duplexes, quads, apartments, etc.) Would it be appropriate to have “Investments” in the name, or would this invite even more liability? I will have all the necessary paperwork/disclosures communicating we can in no way guarantee future profits, but just wondering from a marketing/branding perspective if this is still a reasonable route to pursue.

Appreciate your insight.
