Finding National Bank for LLC’s

Hello,

We created a Trust that has a WY LLC Holding Company. The WY LLC owns 3 separate LLC's. The LLC's are in CA, MO, and TN. With the attorneys address as our mailing address which is located in Utah and I live in CA.

I am having problems with finding a good National bank that can handle this set up. We tried a local bank and it is too sophisticated for them and one national bank that does not work with WY LLC's.

Anyone have suggestions on a National Bank that can handle our circumstances?

Thanks,

Matt

    @Matt Rosales

    We use a series LLC, which indemnifies each property individually but you only need one "parent" LLC.

    They may not be in all states yet, it is very cost effective and easy to manage.
