Umbrella insurance or LLc
I in middle of rehab its SFH that I plan on renting out. I've been struggling about getting LLC . I've been thinking umbrella insurance.. I'm new into real estate and very motivated to scale but everything seems so confusing..Any help or advice with best way to continue to scale and if I need LLC at this point yet..Thanks to all my B.P friends appreciate the knowledge.
