Looking how to start out
I am looking at getting into real estate investing (obviously) and would like to see where the best place is to start to find deals and get funding to start. My initial plan is to focus on short term rentals and I would like to have my first purchase before the end of the year. I would love any feedback and help you are willing to offer.
