Partnerships and Monetary Value
2 Year investor with 8 doors, looking to bring a newbie partner on. He wants to compensate me for the knowledge and team I am bringing to the table. Flat rate? Or another thought was to do 1% of our 1st purchase together? Anyone else structure a partnership this way? Suggestions and thoughts welcome. Thanks
