Best State for Real Estate License
Hello Bigger Pockets!
First post. I am eager to get my real estate license for the education and also the advantage it will give me towards building my own portfolio. I currently live in Colorado and want to invest in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and also Colorado at some point. I can't decide whether to get my license in Colorado since I live here or get the license in the state that I want to invest in first. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
