First rental purchase

Hi all!

I'm looking for some advice on lenders for first time rental property purchases. Ideally, I'd like to finance as much as possible. I could put money down if absolutely necessary. If anyone has any suggestions for REI lenders it would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance!
