Creating a Presentation for Private Money Lender
Anybody have an example of how to put together a presentation for deal evaluation to a private money lender?

The biggest key is to share the story. You want to tell a story of why your team is the right team, why the market is good, why your business plan is sound and why you can hit your projected profits. It's all about telling a compelling story with sound data and research (just don't bore them with the numbers).
