Just Starting Real Estate Investing
I’m 18 and I recently just started real estate investing. I haven’t made any money yet, but I did find about 20-30 properties. I partnered with a local investor and I basically just find properties, call them and see if they want to sell their house; and if they are willing to sell the guy I work for will handle it and then I get a commission/some money for getting the deal. For anyone experienced in cold calling, how many calls do you typically make per day? Also, is there any advice you have for me as an inexperienced real estate investor?
