What are the best sources to receive local real estate data I.e( market inventory, average days, median sale price, etc)? Sources not subject to subscriptions are preferred.

Hi @Marquise Williams! The MLS in my opinion is going to be your best bet for local market data. I would assume that agents in your area have access to that data on their MLS. If you're already working with an agent, ask them and see! If not, start building that relationship with someone :)
