Buying from family / low downpayment options
I have the opportunity to buy from family, slightly below FMV, and then rent it back to them for a few years before converting to a vacation rental / vacation home. We could probably scrape up the money to meet the 15-20% down but are there options that reduce the down payment? This would be our first investment property.
