Rent redi v. Apartments.com

I close on my first rental purchase (2 houses, considered duplex), mother in one, daughter in other. I am looking at either Rentredi or Apartments.com. I wish to avoid cash payments.

-Thoughts on either service?

-Is there a better service?

Nate

@Nate Cade I used the apartment.com service before it was purchased by them when it was Cozy. I was running about 30ish units through it that I manage here in the Berwyn area in Chicago. I liked it pretty well. It still doesn't solve your true cash payer problems, and I was collecting a few money orders. It is great for your tech savvy tenants though, and it even has a decent work order platform where tenants can submit work orders.
